Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to most countries around the world. Unfortunately, we are unable to reach a limited number of remote areas. The best way to check is to enter your address at checkout.

For Listed Countries (Free over $50)
Includes New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, UK, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden.
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $50.
• Standard Rate: A flat fee of $8.5 applies to orders under $50.

🌍 All Other Destinations (Free over $100):
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $100.
• Standard Rate: A flat fee of $15 applies to orders under $100.

Our standard delivery typically takes 7-12 days. Please note that exact timing may vary depending on your location and carrier logistics.

During Sale

What is your order processing time?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
For select items that require additional handling, our customer support team will contact and inform you by email.

Please contact us immediately at harry@harrybyd.com if your order is still processing. Once released to our carrier, the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can click the tracking number in the email to see real-time updates.

Orders for regular products may be canceled by contacting customer service before shipment. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.

Please note that orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled after the order details have been confirmed.

Is there an installation guide?

To start a return, please first review our Return & Refund Policy to confirm eligibility. If your item qualifies, contact us at harry@harrybyd.com with your order details.

Return Eligibility Requirements:
• Item must be unused, with tags and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• A valid receipt proof of purchase is required.

First, please check the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email for the latest status. Please note that deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather.

If the status hasn't updated beyond the expected time frame, contact our support team at harry@harrybyd.com for further assistance.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Please check your shipment confirmation email, as you should receive a tracking number for each individual package.

To help us resolve your case quickly, kindly provide 1)Your order number, 2)clear photos of the product, 3)its packaging to our customer service team immediately at harry@harrybyd.com.

We will then verify the issue with the shipping carrier then promptly arrange a refund or replacement.
