(2) The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
(3) Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.
(4) A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must accompany the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
If returns due to customer responsibility, customers need to pay the return shipping cost. In other cases, returns and refunds will not cost, there is no handing fee.

(1) Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
(2) Order number and a description of the issue.
(3) We will issue a full refund, without any handing fee.
