All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
(1) Returned within 30 days of receipt
(2) The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
(3) Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.
(4) A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must accompany the return.
Once your return request is submitted and we’ve confirmed that you meet our return policy. We will provide the address for you to return the item by email harry@harrybyd.com.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
If returns due to customer responsibility, customers need to pay the return shipping cost. In other cases, returns and refunds will not cost, there is no handing fee.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
(1) Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
(2) Order number and a description of the issue.
(3) We will issue a full refund, without any handing fee.
1. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
(1) Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
(2) Items that have been used, damaged, or missing parts.
(3) Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
(4) Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless specified otherwise)
2. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order.
(1) After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
(2) We need 1-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
(3) Refunds may take 5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address accidentally, or arrive in separate packages.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
